When we received the site with beige floor tiles and gypsum ceiling board, dotted with worktables, laptops, and paperwork, we realised that instilling vibrance into the space would be an obvious strategy. The office is also very well lit with sunlight and we maximised its reach to all workstations with our layout. Use of fluted glass and plywood helps with the same, while shades of blue and violet would energise anyone walking into the office after a dull ride through smoke and soot in the industrial unit. 

Our design process was very site-intensive, such that we would make changes to our drawings in consultation with the carpenters and technicians on site. This helped us minimise waste, maximise their efficiency, while letting them explore their strengths and interests as artisans.

These pictures have been given to us by our happy clients after they used the space for over a month. It brings us joy to see how the spaces support their workflow a lot more efficiently.
